Fantastic service! We had two amazing guys come and help us move into our new home. We had more than we anticipated and even though they had to make two trips, it was 38 degrees, and my dog never stopped barking at them, I didn't hear them complain once. Great team and great company! Very strongly recommend.

My family and I paid a lot of money for Karma to help us move. We had 2 26 ft truck loads and Karma packed the 1st load like a tetris boss TY LANCE but the 2nd load they started slowing down already tired and not packing as well as the 1st load. So instead of making sure all of our stuff was in the 2nd load they got less organized and tired and ended up NOT packing all of our stuff. Even when I let the owner Joy know that they had more then enough room to fit the rest, he still didnt bother to finish our move and make sure we had all our stuff. Joy said he will have to charge us more for their mistake instead of saying its his fault and therefore they will retrieve our remaining items. After all this we fed them, they had a 20 min break and all 3 guys were given a nice tip. We helped them move our stuff when it was THEIR JOB and responsibility to move everything. The owner Joy refused to get the rest of our stuff and said you want it you pay us even more. I asked him from one family to another to please help us out. My husband and I are not capable of doing any massive moving ourself and Joy knew this and yet he still refused to help out of the goodness of his heart and just being a good business owner. My entire family seen 3 hard working guys at 1st but after 6 hrs they changed their drive to do their job and in the end they never finished our move. We are all very disappointed and upset that even though Joy admitted they could of fit all our remaining stuff in 2nd load he still refused to do his job that he was paid very well for. I recommend nobody use Karma as they said one thing and turned around and never did do it.

We had a large antique upright grand piano to move and Karma movers did a fantastic job! Super professional and polite; Joy and his team
introduced themselves and were respectful of our home and the piano. We would absolutely have them back if/when we move!

if google would allow me to give an extra star, i would in a heartbeat. from the initial phone call to the completion of our move, the process was clear, communication was excellent and the move itself was seamless. lance and felix worked extremely well and fast. and to top it all off they are genuinely kind and caring. we highly recommend karma moving.
